The team Within the Talent Corporate Team, the selected candidate will be part of the Compensations & Benefits Center Of Excellence (CoE) and will report to the Comp&Ben Director.We look for a responsible for the management of projects transformation in the human resources area through technology and data, with the aim of boosting the employee experience and providing the business HR team with the necessary tools that allow them to gain in agility and added value.The selected candidate will join the company at the beginning of the project to implement our Human Capital Management (HCM) and will be in charge of its future development and maintenance in collaboration with the IT area.
Your role Project Planning: develop project plans tailored to HR initiatives, such as employee onboarding, performance management systems, HRIS implementations, and talent acquisition tools.Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with HR leaders to understand requirements, prioritize projects, and define success criteria.Change Management: facilitate change management activities to support the adoption of new HR technologies and processes, including communication plans, training programs, and user support.Reporting and Analytics: collaborate on definition key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: monitor industry trends and best practices in HR technology, recommending innovative solutions and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR technology operations.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong background managing HR projects with a focus on HR systems and processes.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Oracle HCM), applicant tracking systems (ATS), performance management tools, and other HR technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Fluency in English (written and spoken): C1.
