After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). In addition, if you are made an offer of employment, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check consistent with the Divested Group company employment policies.The role:The HR Transformation team is part of the wider team of Alight digital HR sales and implementation professionals that deliver Alight's range of technology and outsourcing solutions.HR Transformation consultants contribute to Alight's success by initiating strong customer relationships based on the foundation of the customer's HR Transformation goals. We help customers to achieve successful HR Transformation by advising them on the digital HR technology, particularly Cloud systems available to suit their needs. We then help facilitate a successful system implementation by aligning business processes and providing the change management advice required to meet their goals.The responsibilities:Work with customers to build their HR transformation strategy and plansAdvise customers on how HR Information systems and cloud technology can support their HR Transformation (especially Payroll Projects)Help customers to optimise their workforce and build its capabilitiesEngage customers through innovative workshops, events and communicationsTransform customer business processesAdvise customers on the use of AI, robotic process automation and chatbotsBuild customer employee engagement through delivery of effective change managementAllow customers to realise the benefits of their HR technology through analytics and reporting insightBuild strong customer relationships leading to increased business opportunities.Support our sales teams to win new businessManage global projectsLead and develop other consultantsBecome a thought leader in your field by (for example) publishing blogs and white papers, speaking at industry eventsWork with customers and colleagues to discover innovative ways to solve customer problemsThe requirements:Previous experience working in a consultancy or professional services environmentHigh Knowledge of Spanish PayrollWorking knowledge of common consultancy methods, analysis and process mappingDeep understanding of how Human Resources contributes to the success of global organisationsWorking knowledge of at least one market-leading HR Cloud System e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle or CornerstoneExcellent communication and presentation skills to a wide range of audiences in Spanish and EnglishAbility to build and maintain relationships with customers at Director and Board levelGood knowledge of MS Office especially PowerPoint, ExcelMasters level qualification relating to Human Resources or TechnologyGood knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio or similar project management and process toolsPrevious experience of SuccessFactorsWorking knowledge of Cloud technology, especially knowledge of how Cloud HR solutions interact with the wider business and systems landscape within an organisationExperience of applying change management principles, methodologies and toolsWe offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
