Position: HR Trainee in Rivas-VaciamadridWhat are we looking for? As part of the HR team, you will provide support to the Talent & Engagement team in the following areas:
Talent Acquisition: Guarantee the correct flow of recruitment activities in compliance with internal SOP; Ensure that recruitment progress reports are kept up to date and completed with relevant details; Make sure all pre-onboarding activities are completed on time to guarantee the best onboarding experience for new joiners.Training: Interact with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee logistics/administrative arrangements are completed on time; Keep tracking of all Training activities to guarantee reports are kept up to date and completed with relevant details.Internal Communication & Engagement: Provide operative support for employees' engagement activities.
