As HR Technology & Processes Analyst you will:
Be responsible for taking the HR technology to the next step of innovation by having a full understanding of the overall PCB and employee experience. Have the opportunity to propose new ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement. Participate in the creation of new business processes aligned with business strategy, following the principles of simplification and harmonization. Gain a deep understanding of Data Privacy and local regulations to ensure compliance of our current and future HR Technologies. Through analytical tools and definition of KPIs, this role would provide insights based on the business trends related to Headcount, diversity, and overall workforce details. Creation, management, and planning of the Data quality strategy to ensure reliable and stable information is available for main stakeholders. Key Accountabilities: Process optimization: Lead HR service delivery process design and optimization. Monitor process efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and implement best practices and propose process improvements, tools, and techniques to increase process efficiency and improve performance. Support Business Process Management (BPM) implementation. Analytics and Data Management: Lead Global analytics framework, from managing Global annual reporting, People financial reporting, or different certification reports. Lead Data Quality stream, from KPIs identification, monitoring, problem solving, and support. HR Information Systems vision: Define the vision of the future HR Information System and develop policy related to the HRIS strategic plan. Collect, analyze, and prioritize technology users' requirements.
Build demand business cases. Manage demand management relationship. Drive HRIS projects in compliance with quality, cost, and time objectives. Experience and Skills Required: Experience in HR operations or a similar function required. Knowledge of HRIS systems, basic HR measurement, and process improvement techniques required. Supervisory and project management experience. Experience in metrics reporting and analysis. Workday knowledge and previous experience on global implementations preferred. Sensitivity for the needs of large multi-country companies operating under very diverse regulatory environments. Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint, Workday, and integrations logic understanding.
