Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support the administration of employee benefits and payroll. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Requirements: Proficient in English (B2 level or higher). 2 years of experience in a similar HR role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
