Among its functions, this unit designs recruitment and selection policies, implements professional development and training initiatives, manages policies and processes that integrate gender diversity and equality, and generally accompanies all processes related to people's development.Job Description Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Psychology, Sociology, or other qualifications in the field of social sciences.Experience and Knowledge: Partner level, ideally within the healthcare environment.Experience working specifically in Training and Selection areas.High level of Catalan, Spanish, and English, spoken and written (Proficiency level).Domain of the entire Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.We are looking for a person who: Has a proven hands-on attitude, is flexible, and adaptable.Is very dynamic and used to working in a team.Is positive and has an open mind.Main Responsibilities and Duties: Support the implementation of global HR policies and relevant processes, specifically in the employee training area.Participate in the definition, development, and implementation of VHIR's training plan.Organize and support the logistics associated with the courses conducted at the VHIR.Manage the relationship - both internal and external - with collaborating organizations in the educational activities carried out at VHIR.Coordinate with the training council VHIR's training plan.Maintain and update databases of suppliers and proactively seek new ones that can potentially be of interest to the workers of the VHIR.Support the delivery of appropriate training and development programs.Deliver institutional onboarding training.Provide support in the recruitment and selection processes that the unit is carrying out
