Job DescriptionAre you ready to work as HR Technician in our Plant in Echavarri? As HR Technician, you will be responsible for leading the capability agenda and talent management strategy in the plant. You will guarantee HR processes implementation at gold standard level, collaborate in designing and implement LR strategy under the leadership of Burgos & Echavarri Plant Manager, and Implement the plant transformational projects in the plant in partnership with relevant stakeholders.Your day to day with us:Keep close relationship with Unions, manager labour negotiation processes within the framework of the Labour Relations strategy, in partnership with Burgos & Echavarri Plants Manager and stakeholders.Collaborate to define approach for collective agreement negotiations.Ensure gold standard implementation of corporate and local core processes across field through effective leverage of HR policies.Implementation of the Annual Training Plans and OC initiatives fitting business requirements and employees development needs.In coordination with the Health and Safety, participate from an HR perspective in the implementation of management plans according to legal requirements and business needs.Implementation of Recruiting and Retention strategy.Deploy a consistent Communication Strategy throughout the Organization.Execute the transformation agenda as defined by the business priorities and operating model.Help to define the capacity and capability agenda.Maintain and guarantee a balanced implementation of the Company Compensation Policy.Contribute to the organizational strategy by partnering with HRBP on initiatives to achieve business priorities.Represents the company interest in front of the Labour Courts and Labour Authorities.Qualifications/RequirementsWhat will you need to succeed?:Strong employee and labour relations capability.Strong HR execution skills.Considerable HR generalist experience, ideally in a similar role.Ability to manage a diverse range of issues and challenges simultaneously to deliver results.Confident communication, ability to coach and influence.Judgement and decision making.Fluent in Spanish and English.Relocation Eligible: Not ApplicableJob Type: Regular#J-18808-Ljbffr
