As HR Talent Attraction Intern, you will help with the internship programme, the organization around the application and hiring process of the new interns as well as the support in other areas of Human Resources Department. At SanLucar you will have plenty of opportunities to contribute your ideas and be in charge of talent attraction tasks.
Main responsibilities: CV screening and telephone interviewsFace-to-face and online interviews and reportsOnboarding and welcoming of sanlucariansSupport in employment selection processesArrangement of agreements with Spanish and other European universitiesLiaison between the hiring manager, the intern and the universityParticipation in employment fairsInternal communication supportManagement of the necessary documentation with our labour consultancySupport iin NIE application for Erasmus studentsParticipation in projects to improve the internship programmeWhat we offer you: The work with us is as diverse as our range of fruits and vegetables and there are many exciting tasks to discover. During your internship, you will be supported by a tutor, who is responsible for your technical training and an Internship Supervisor for the general organization of your stay. We will carry out regular (at least two) evaluations with you and your work will be paid with 600€ gross per month. At the end of your internship, you will receive a certificate including evaluation and last but not least we offer a lot of sunshine, fresh fruits in the reception and many opportunities to participate in our international team. Your profile: Business administration, human resources, international management, psychology or industrial science are your major subjects of studyYou have a good level of Spanish as well as good English. Languages as German will be a plus.You have a sense of responsibility in your everyday work and work very preciselyYou have a quick comprehension skillsYou have a fast comprehension and are communicative and flexibleYou like to work independently and also in a teamInternational experience would be an additional plusYou can sign an internship contract through your university or scholarship.
