Who are we looking for: As a Human Resources Supervisor - Talent Acquisition, you are expected to play a pivotal role in the recruitment and hiring process of the company. Responsible for leading and managing the recruitment and hiring process within the organization. Work closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and department heads to ensure the acquisition of top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and values. Lead and supervise a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations. Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Manage the screening and evaluation process of candidates, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization's employer brand to attract top talent. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies during the recruitment process. Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for streamlining the hiring process. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities. Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. What does it take to be part of the team? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or in a related field. 1 – 2 years of working experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
