Local Unit & Position Description: In work you will: Work with internal recruitment teams and line managers from the different business areas to engage the business necessities in recruitment prescreening, interview management and interview support. Make offers and manage onboarding. Develop a pipeline of talent for current roles and future hiring needs. Initiate and support employer branding activities. Support other HR activities in the team. Position Qualifications: 1-3 years of Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience. Experience in sourcing IT profiles. Preferably a Bachelor's degree. Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to remain up to date with developing new techniques and skills. Fluency in Spanish (native speaker) and English (verbal and written).
