About Schneider Digital All IT needs for Schneider Electric are managed by Schneider Digital ; spread across 303locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers.
You will be part of the dynamic Schneider Digital - HR Technology team whose mission is to "Create digital workplace of the future & Enable HR to build workforce of the future".
We are seeking a talented individual to join the team as a HR Systems Strategy Manager , being responsible for the Strategy for the global HR technology team.

What will you do?
As a Manager in HR Digital Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the technology landscape.
You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and innovation of our systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our employees worldwide.
Our team is committed to driving continuous improvement through various programs and initiatives.
We focus on: Providing authoritative guidance in the resolution of complex problems or issues related to critical activities for the organization: Strategic Initiatives, Programs & Projects, Operational Excellence Communicate the various strategies employed to deliver on our ambition for the Employee Experience & HR Digital capability.
Develop & enforce processes and standards, educating IT & Domain stakeholders with artifacts.
Building Trust between stakeholders by defining Strategic & Operational value & performance targets, their measurement and communication Governing development and implementation of measuring, reporting, and supporting ongoing decision-making services with KPIs, metrics and SLAs.
Main Responsibilities Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that supports our organizational and business goals.
Operational Excellence: Establish and enforce digital operational standards and best practices.
Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics to drive improvements
