We are looking for anHR Systems Specialist to join the HR Systems Team (part of our Business Technology unit). The HR Systems team's role is to provide support on our corporate HR systems & tooling's. With our corporate People/HR Division as your main stakeholder. Within the HR Systems team (and supported by our technical partners), the HR Systems Specialist is acting as a trusted partner on providing technical support and cooperate on projects for current and future HR tooling's. Therefore we are looking for a future colleague that has (or is willing to obtain) a profound knowledge of SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central) and can act as a trusted technical partner on HR systems and integrations. Ability to provide full cycle support (from question to solution acting as a SPOC) Knowledge of setup and maintaince documentation on systems/integrations Proactive way of working, with strong open-minded aim to improve solutions Critical mindset (asking questions and re-thinking) Very good English skills Fluent overall communication skills (written & verbal) within the team/with the different stakeholders Eagerness to share knowledge within team and other relevant stakeholders Being a team player (actively participating and supporting) What tasks can you expect? Provide d2d and evolutive technical support on: -SuccessFactors EC (corporate HR master data system) -Diverse HR systems/tooling's (often consuming the SuccessFactors EC data) -System integrations (within HR and within the corporate system landscape) Act as a gatekeeper on systems and integrations (perform functional analysis's on requests, discuss technical requirements, keep track on testing and roll-out) Ensure smooth data-processes Provide general stakeholder management (People/HR division, partners, etc.) Show ambition to provide full ownership on demands with regards to systems/tooling's From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
