Your role involves ensuring seamless operations, troubleshooting system issues, and enhancing functionality as upgrades become available.
You'll collaborate with various departments to support data integrity, and system upgrades andbe a stakeholder in HR technology strategy.To be successful in this role you will:Manage HRMS issues from initial reporting to resolution, collaborating with stakeholders from across the organizationCollaborate with leadership and the HR team to identify system improvements and enhancements; develop, recommend, test, and implement solutionsPartner with IS to manage the timing and implementation of system and module upgradesCompile and/or assist with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for leadership and HR teamsServe as the lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRMS design and implementation projectsMaintain approved job descriptions within the HRMSAssist with the development of job descriptions as neededRequirements and Education:Professional, technical, or administrative training or certification.
