Hr Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Knowledgeable in all aspects of human resources functions within the organization.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Resolve labor union-related litigation and disputes.
Maintain understanding of payroll processes and assist with payroll calculations.
Coordinate with legal counsel when necessary.
Conduct regular audits to ensure HR compliance.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Provide leadership and guidance to HR staff members.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4 year course.
With experience as HR Supervisor or equivalent in Manufacturing Industry.
Experience resolving labor union-related litigation and disputes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Schedule:

8 hour shift

Experience:

HR Supervisor or equivalent: 5 years (Preferred)
Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)
