Hr Specialist Spain & Portugal (Fashion Brand)

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for an HR Specialist to join a Fashion Brand based in Madrid.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

Main Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly payroll input data (cooperation with an external payroll provider).Payroll check and validation.Participation in financial audit, holiday accruals calculation, reconciling blackline accounts.Management of the HR Admin tasks (Workday management, presence system checking, meal vouchers commands, medical and life insurance management, etc.).Support for Office Services duties; new joiners equipment as laptop, company's accounts, mobile phone, car, etc.; ordering office supplies; receiving mail and parcels; communications with providers; miscellaneous administrative tasks.UCAGECI Management and control.Workplace risk prevention and control.Requirements: 5 years' experience in a similar role with outsourced payroll management.Working knowledge of Spanish Labor Law.Salary offered: 33-35K base.At Luxe Talent we want to help you achieve your goals, that's why we offer you the most interesting job opportunities in the Fashion, Retail, Luxury, and FMCG market.
