Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with Payroll, HR practices and employee management. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on Payroll, human resources management and organizational changes.ResponsibilitiesFull cycle payroll administrationPrepare and review compensation and benefits packagesAdminister health and life insurance programsConsult with line management and provide daily HR guidanceAnalyze trends and metrics with the HR department Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievancesWork closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retentionProvide HR policy guidanceMonitor and report on workforce and succession planning Identify training needs for teams and individuals (Support)Evaluate training programs Suggest new HR strategiesRequirements and skillsProven work experience as an HR SpecialistExcellent people management skills Analytical and goal orientedDemonstrable experience with Payroll Administration (+must)Thorough knowledge of labor legislation (must)Full understanding of all HR functions and best practicesBS degree in Human Resources or related fieldC1 EnglishGreat communications skills and stakeholders management#J-18808-Ljbffr
