As an HR Specialist you will deliver proactive support of HR Service Center (HRSC), providing services spanning payroll, benefits, staffing/onboarding, recognition, employee relations, and other HR transactions to assist team members, managers and customers.
You will ensure efficiency of service center operations, technology and transaction processes. Also, you will coordinate services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers and technology specialists.
? What you will be doing: Support for Spanish and Portuguese payroll. Support HR Advisor on the daily tasks. Lead the Health & Safety topics within the company. Maintenance of the company's Equality Plan Program in place. Manage the administration of the monthly Spanish time tracking. Maintenance of our employee data base system Workday keeping in contact with our HR Operations team. Administration of the monthly meal vouchers. Stay updated about changes of the Local Collective Bargain Agreement. Provide first level response support to managers, team members, employees and other customers. Participate on and provide coordinative support to project teams and collaborates with other team members. What do we offer? 22 working days of holiday + bank holidays. Knowledge of Portuguese payroll is a plus but not mandatory. Experience with an external payroll provider would be a nice to have. Experience with Health & Safety requirements within a company. First experience with worker committees is not mandatory but would be a plus. Ability to work independent but also being a team player. Willing to work in an international environment.
