The HR Specialist will actively contribute to the strategic direction of the organization by understanding and addressing the people-related aspects of business challenges. Responsibilities for the position: Act as first point of contact for all team members and all topics related to their employment at TELUS Digital Support managers with HR-related matters Coordinate, organize and conduct onboarding meetings with team members Coordinate, organize and conduct stay- and exit interviews Participate in the welcome day of new team members Together with the Reward Team plans and organizes the benefits in the company Plans and organizes engaging activities for the team members Keep in touch with vendors providing benefits and other engaging and retention services for team members Coordinate, communicate and promote company benefits and engaging activities Support and participate in the annual performance review process Coordinate, organize and conduct training regarding local HR topics and other Global training.
