HR Specialist for Alfa Laval Iberica (Temporary position September '24 - September '25)

About the job… You will be part of the HR team for Iberica region, Spain and Portugal. You will manage some of the daily HR processes and implement local and global HR initiatives in a temporary position. The main responsibilities will be:
Manage the labour legal process, from hire to retire, together with the external expert provider.Ensure an accurate and just-in-time monthly salary process.Maintain the HR information on the self-service portal and the internal HR knowledge database (Workday).Play a role in improving the local HR Support services and information.Manage the learning needs for our people: priorities definition, LMS administration, training plan, vendor management, global initiatives implementation.Lead the improvement initiatives looking for the wellbeing of our people.Who you are…?
