The HR Specialist will provide a comprehensive range of professional, effective and efficient HR administrative services and support to the Human Resources team as required.
To provide comprehensive administrative support during recruitment and selection projects including (but not limited to):
Give administrative support to the HR Executive's OfficeAssist in the coordination of overall HR Projects/activitiesMaintain, monitor the HR Events and ProjectsAssist in the implementation of Staff Retention StrategyBenefits AdministrationAssist the HR Executive with RecruitmentResponsible for payment of statutory returnsLeave AdministrationResponsible for Staff Retention StrategyEnsure the office is organized at all timesPerforms miscellaneous other appropriate duties assignedQualifications:
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)Personable with excellent verbal & written communication skills Excellent organizing skills, with experience of planning own workload to meet deadlines.Excellent problem solving skills by identifying and analyzing problems; distinguishing between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical decisions; provide solutions to individual and organisational problemsAbility to work in fast-paced, constantly changing environmentAbility to work independentlyAbility to manage many tasks at once, work against short deadlines and to remain calm and focused.The ability to implement and maintain accurate record-keeping systems.The ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team when appropriate.Highly skilled in the use of using e-mail and the Internet.Ability to sustain output quality even when under pressure and the flexibility of input to achieve key deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
