TasksRespond to and work with the appropriate support teams to resolve inquiries received through HR Ticketing system, calls, etc. submitted to the HR Service Center;Analyse HR transactions and own data integrity of all SuccessFactors and SAP Global-View transactions by adhering to work guidelines and processes to ensure compliant transactions are maintained;Perform system testing as needed;Handle an end-to-end processing of monthly and yearly payroll processes for a few German payroll locations;Update and maintain payroll records and payroll master data;Process payroll monthly and yearly reporting, providing input for Finance teams;Clarify Payroll Consolidation issues with the Finance Department;Deal with financial controls, including SOX and operational controls maintained at a local country level;Handle all operational aspects in terms of vendor management in an outsourced payroll environment;Implement continuous improvements within the functional area of payroll process;Process all variable wage components like hours, bonuses, provisions, capture of holidays, etc.;Carry out independent analyses of complex issues and present your results to management;Provide excellent customer service;Assist with developing and maintaining department's processes and procedure documentation for internal and external reference;Provide continuous feedback to peers and management about trends, processes, and opportunities for improvement;Deliver against all compliance imperatives including support for data audits, local legislative needs, protecting data privacy at all times, and adhering to confidentiality requirements.RequirementsFluency in English and German language.Experience working in an HR Shared Services Support Centre preferred;Knowledge and experience of working with employment legislation in the German market;Several years of experience in payroll for the German market;Knowledge of payroll legislations and processes;Knowledge in SAP HCM is a plus;Strong knowledge of HR Business cycle processes and the impact on pay and compensation processes;Ability to work autonomously and within respect of deadlines;Focus on continuous improvement in payroll and HR administration processes;Ability to effectively collaborate across teams;Detail-oriented and organized with good analytic and problem-solving abilities;Ability to interact with all levels of management;Excellent communication skills;Attention to detail.BenefitsA friendly and supportive work environmentCompetitive salaryEmployee benefits like meal vouchers, transportation card, and private insurance4 company outings per yearFree fruit and waterGrowth opportunitiesLocation: Barcelona, Spain
