We are looking for a HR Services Payroll Professional for Germany to join Agilent Technologies in our office in Barcelona working for one of the leading companies in Life Science!
As our new HR Services Payroll Professional for Germany , you will be a part of the European HR Services Team which is responsible for payrolls and HR administrative tasks of 15 different countries.
Responsibilities for this position include: Works with partners and vendors to ensure accurate, complete, timely and compliant delivery of pay and related internal and external reporting for Germany.
Processing monthly payrolls in accordance with the payroll cycle.
Ensuring accurate and timely payroll performance for assigned entities in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements.
Manages complex problem resolution with partners in HR, Finance, IT, and vendors.
Exploring opportunities to simplify and automate processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
Optimize repeatable business processes and effective internal controls.
Manages HR and payroll projects across multiple countries and functions.
Develops and documents procedural improvements.
Manages vendor relationships and service level accountabilities.
Stays current on legal and company requirements for HR and payroll processing for Germany.
May be responsible for development and/or delivery of training related to HR and payroll.
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of regional payroll experience in a multinational environment.
Proficient in written and verbal German and English languages is a must.
Solid numerical, troubleshooting and system skills, especially using MS Excel.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or Finance preferred.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight project and production deadlines.
