Responsibilities:
Deliver HR services to our people and business leads
Execute performance achievement and rewards processes
Oversee reporting and insights on metrics and trends impacting the business
Advise leadership on HR aspects of business strategies, issues, and decisions
Design and deliver HR transformation initiatives
The location will be only in Madrid, because we need to go to the office part of the days.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills about Employee Case management and Change management.
Bachelor's Degree in Labor Relations, Labor Legislation, Psychology, Administration and Management.
High experience in team management.

Advanced proficiency in HR Analytics
Beginner proficiency in Change Management
Advanced proficiency in Employee Processes Design

Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.), SharePoint
