Manage processes for Employee and Labor Relations area through the life cycle activities. Collaborate with Employee Relations team from administrative perspective and execute the transactions behind the Employee relation procedures.
What will make you successful: Manage employee queries and requests through Snow as level 2 of HR Connect support based on the complexity of the query which requires checking in payroll system, as well as processing certain types of transactions (certificates, flexibility programs, etc.). Management and recording of transactions in Workday and SAP Payroll for all processes along the Employee life cycle (Hiring, LOA, Certificates, Flexibility, Remote Work, Special conditions, hour reduction, voluntary exits, etc.). Management of the employee situation with official organisms (Social Security System, Employment office, official certificates). Generate and validate the documentation across the transactions to be signed digitally by the employee. Reception, targeting, following and digitization of employee files and archive. Education: Labor Relations, Labor Legislation, Psychology, Administration and Management. Functional Skills: Employee Processes Design Employee and Labor Relations Local Regulatory Compliance Employee Case Management Payroll Processing background Collective Agreement interpretation Change Management Advanced English Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.), SharePoint Workday, SAP or other ERP background Soft Skills: Organization, learning capacity, flexibility, assertiveness, quality oriented and methodical. Client oriented Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting. Demonstrated communication: honest, assertive, and transparent conversations and domain within the application and explanation of the policies.
