Multinational company is looking for an HR professional to join the SSC in Asturias.
Your Functions Principal Responsibilities:
Effectively communicates and provides advice to employees and managers on HR matters: Company Policies, HR processes etc., using a variety of communication channels such as phone, chat, and case management.
Manages the administration of employee personal data maintenance, new hires, terminations, employee organizational changes, and other employee lifecycle events, including management of employee files in compliance with record-keeping requirements.
Gathers and processes the relevant information for the monthly payroll input, performing in compliance with audit controls.
Calculates and batch uploads Time and Attendance concepts such as vacation entitlements, working schedules, or calendars.
Daily administration of Company benefit programs.
Partners with other teams inside and outside the HR Service Center to ensure issue resolution in the areas of responsibility and operational success across the organization together with an exceptional employee experience.
Establishes and helps manage appropriate vendor meetings for ongoing escalations and operations.
Requests, analyzes, and provides data reports from appropriate internal/external resources and provides in-depth analysis of data reporting.

Experiencia: 1 año
Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Foreign Trade, or similar. Advanced in English and French. Knowledge of any other European language is a plus. Good command of Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel. Workday/ServiceNow knowledge is a plus. Relevant working experience in HR will be considered an additional asset.
