Reporting to the Director, Global Culture & Leadership Development, the Senior Learning and Development Partner is responsible for designing, delivering, and facilitating high-impact learning programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational performance. This role focuses on the effective delivery and facilitation of training initiatives, ensuring that learning experiences are engaging, relevant, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Role Responsibilities Program Delivery and Facilitation: Lead the delivery and facilitation of learning and development programs, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning courses. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats to engage learners and enhance knowledge retention. Ensure training sessions are interactive, practical, and aligned with adult learning principles. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop comprehensive training curricula. Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of different departments and teams. Continuously update and improve training content based on feedback and emerging trends. Training Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities. Work with managers and employees to determine learning objectives and desired outcomes. Develop training plans that address identified needs and support career development. Evaluation and Feedback: Implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Collect and analyze feedback from participants to improve future training sessions. Report on training outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Leadership Development: Facilitate leadership development programs aimed at enhancing the skills of current and future leaders and in close collaboration with Suntory University and across group companies. Provide coaching and support to managers to help them develop their teams effectively. Build leadership capability in change management and agile transformation including within the People, Culture and Communications community. Technology Integration: Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to deliver and track training programs. Explore and implement innovative e-learning solutions to enhance the learning experience. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs align with business goals. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote learning initiatives. Qualifications Skills & Competencies Instructional Design Facilitation and Presentation Communication Skills Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Technology Integration Project Management Cultural Competence Continuous Improvement Emotional Intelligence Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR and talent management software. Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques. Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training delivery and facilitation. Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
