.Your role As a HR Risk Prevention Analyst , your main responsibilities will involve: Lead the Technical Service of Labor Risk Prevention of the Zurich Group's Own Prevention Services.
Coordinate the technical activity of the Risk Prevention of the Zurich Group's Own Prevention Services.
Lead the technical activity in the field of Labor Risk Prevention in some organizations of the Zurich Group without its own Prevention service.
Coordinate the activity of the Labor Risk Prevention Technicians of the various External Prevention Services that collaborate with the Zurich Group.
Prepare the Manual on Labor Risk Prevention, developing the necessary procedures.
Plan preventive activity.
Carry out Prevention Plans and Annual Activity Reports.
Assess existing risks.
Perform/coordinate technical studies of all technical specialties.
Conduct emergency plans and coordinate evacuation exits.
Plan the implementation of preventive measures.
Monitor the implementation of planned preventive measures.
Conduct the investigation of accidents/incidents.
Manage and/or provide training and information on Occupational Risk Prevention that must be provided to employees.
Manage internal and legal audits in the field of Occupational Risk Prevention.
Manage labor inspections related to the Prevention of Occupational Risks.
Advice to the Group and employees on legal aspects in the field of Labor Risk Prevention.
Your Skills and Experience As a HR Risk Prevention Analyst , your skills and qualifications will ideally include: Labor Risk Prevention Superior Certificate in minimum 2 specialties (Industrial Safety, Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology).
2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
Very good communication and negotiation skills.
High level of spoken and written English and Spanish.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team.
Eager to learn with a proactive approach.
