From Luxe Talent , International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for an HR Retail Business Partner to join an exciting project in the heart of Madrid. In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.
Main Responsibilities: Establish and implement effective recruitment strategies across Europe, tailored to local requirements and legal standards.Oversee and manage recruitment activities when needed.Handle onboarding and hiring processes efficiently.Develop and maintain a robust performance evaluation and compensation system for retail staff.Apply and ensure compliance with labor laws, both national and international (including hiring, terminations, sick leave, and holidays).Generate and prepare KPI reports.Oversee the salary review process to ensure accurate execution.Create and implement new bonus and commission structures for retail employees.Monitor and control monthly staffing costs for each European store.Develop the budget for the Retail Team.Identify training needs and development opportunities within the teams, creating corresponding action plans and training sessions.Facilitate effective communication and information dissemination.RequirementsHigher Education, with a preference for degrees in Business Administration, Law, or Psychology.Experience in an international context is advantageous.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (C1 level).3-4 years of experience in a comparable role.At Luxe Talent we want to help you achieve your goals, that's why we offer you the most interesting job opportunities in the Fashion, Retail, Luxury, and FMCG market.
