.Description du poste We have a great opportunity for a HR representative in Spain! It's a temporary contract of 6 months. As a member of the Global Workforce Operations (GWO) team, the HR Employee Experience Representative creates trusting working relationships with employees. This person will provide quality support to all employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness. This includes evaluating and analyzing the employee request/concern, quickly interpreting the situation, and determining the appropriate resolution. Additionally, you will serve as the primary country HR support for employees in the Solutions group division based in Spain. Typical duties include: Providing HR guidance and partnership to site management. Resolving employment relations matters with managers and employees. Supporting engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion activities. Assisting with, and becoming an expert at, resolving employee inquiries. Preparing and creating the necessary data & documentation for processing changes (personal data, job information, reporting line changes, compensation changes, etc.) into the HR System (PeopleSoft). Managing PeopleSoft Data Transactions. Employment contract redaction. Responding to questions on administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within Servicenow our employee portal. Answering HR policy-related questions, providing guidance to both managers and employees, and escalating as appropriate. Educating employees of services available to them and encouraging self-service tools and other systems. Ensuring high-quality standards for all GWO activities, initiatives, and tasks within designated areas of responsibility. Providing training and support to employees on specific Payroll and/or HR topics. Performing communication within our Spanish sites. Providing first level enquiry support for the entire regional (Southern European) team. Being flexible to expand scope as the service delivery model develops. Qualifications Let's talk about you! Bachelor in HR expected. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems. Experience with PeopleSoft Data Transaction Management. Ability to generate a sense of urgency with understanding of when to escalate issues. Ability to handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy, independent judgment, and discretion. HR Knowledge is preferred. Ability to document processes and make recommendations for improvements. Flexibility and the willingness to cover other tasks as needed, and adapt to ongoing changes. Superior written communication skills required. Spanish and English are required - verbal and written. Two visits to the Barcelona office during the contract period.
