About the role
An urgent inquiry can come from any part of the world, so you should be ready to deal with this level of unpredictability and be able to manage several hiring campaigns in parallel.
Main tasksCreating job descriptions and posting them on job sites worldwideBuilding and managing a team of specialists/recruiting agencies to ensure the necessary speed and quality of hiringFull time or at least 80% capacityWork experience in hiring staff (ideal medical staff)Proactiveness and healthy feel of urgencyFull proficiency in English (writing and verbal)High level of ownership as you will lead a team of recruitersGood communication skillsAttention to detailsSelf-motivationResponsibilityGerman is a plusWhat we offerCompetitive salaryFast growth opportunities100% remote work possibleFlexible working hours possibleJob Types: Full-time, Contract
