Role The HR Project Manager is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from planning & scoping, to delivery and evaluation of various HR-related projects, such as mergers, acquisitions & divestures, HR operations projects and cross-functional programs. The HR Project Manager works closely with the HR Operations Leader as well as the other HR COE Leaders to ensure that the HR projects are aligned with the organizational & HR goals and objectives, and that they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Responsibilities Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of cross-functional HR projects, and develop detailed project plans and schedules. Coordinate and manage the project resources, including internal and external teams, vendors, and consultants. Monitor and track the project progress, performance, and risks, and report the status and issues to the HR COE Leader and other key stakeholders. Implement and maintain effective communication and collaboration among the project team and other departments. Ensure that the project outcomes meet the expectations and requirements of the HR COE Leader and other key stakeholders, and that they comply with the relevant policies, standards, and regulations. Evaluate the project results and impact, and document the lessons learned and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field. At least three years of experience in managing HR or related projects, experience with HR technology projects preferred. Professional certification in project management, such as PMP, is preferred. Strong knowledge and skills in HR processes, practices, and systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience working internationally and in virtual teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, Smartsheet and HR software.
