HR Project Manager HR Area The mission of the Human Resources Area is articulated through four strategic pillars:

Promote efficiency and quality by providing an excellent service. A fantastic job opportunity has arisen to join the Human Resources Area as "HR Project Manager". We are looking for an experienced professional ready to take on the challenge of working in one of the most important and competitive Research Centres linked to the health sector in Spain/Europe.

The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in the HR Area, responsible for managing HR Projects across various organisational units. This role will work particularly closely with the Learning and Development Unit, and HR Projects, as well as with Talent Acquisition and Talent Attraction, the Labour Relations Unit and other areas across the institution.

Main responsibilities and duties: Project Management: Plan, develop, and manage HR projects providing day-to-day management through all aspects of the project life cycle, coordinating project members and in accordance to projects standards and in close alignment with the HR Project Manager. Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle including scope, timelines, resources, methodology, tools, budget, risks and issues, relationships, training and communication. Foster engagement among project stakeholders by sharing mission and purpose, and boosting a motivational environment. Champion VHIR values and principles across the organisation, being a role model and supporting the continual embedding of them in every project HR leads or participates. HR Initiatives: Actively participate in HR Initiatives related to Learning and Development in close collaboration with the Head of Learning and Development, contributing to professional development, career planning, talent management, and other strategic areas. Reporting and metrics: Develop, coordinate and supervise metrics and key performance indicators to measure the impact of continuous improvement and drive operational excellence. Identify and report KPIs regarding projects. Education and qualifications: Required: Bachelor's Degree. Desirable: Master's Degree in Human Resources Management will be an advantage. Postgraduate training or certifications in Project Management. Experience and knowledge: Required: Minimum of 2 years' experience as HR Project Manager or as a Project Manager of related disciplines. Strong knowledge of HR processes, regulations, and best practices. Strong project management skills. Experience coordinating projects with a tech component. Experience managing cross-functional working teams. Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills at all levels. Proactive and self-starter attitude. Detail/results-oriented. Confidentiality and discretion. Flexible and adaptable to different dynamics and processes. Proficiency in both English and Spanish. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams. Desirable: Experience implementing new HR systems and improving existing HR practices. Experience working with Agile methodologies. Catalan will be a plus. Labour conditions: Full-time position (40h/week). Starting date: September 2024. Contract: Permanent. Gross annual salary: 28.000€ - 36.000€ (Salary is commensurate with qualifications and consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scales). What can we offer?
