We help our customers make critical decisions every day by providing expert solutions that combine deep domain knowledge with specialized technology and services.We are currently looking for a HR Project and Program Manager to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Provide operational support to the Global HR Operations leadership team.Organize and optimize key meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.Develop and manage meeting agendas aligned with organizational priorities.Capture insights and outcomes from operations meetings, translating discussions into actionable plans.Assist in project management for operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate solutions to keep projects on track.Maintain a comprehensive view of progress on strategic initiatives and report on their status.Establish clear accountability for tasks and deliverables with team members.Provide administrative support to the SVP of Global Operations.Support EWC projects at the country level.Facilitate change management communications within the organization.Contribute to team efficiency by completing various operational tasks and managing calendars and meetings.Build a strong network with HR leaders and COEs.Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant work experience.Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational setting.Extensive experience in designing, organizing, and optimizing key meetings.Proven capability in providing project management support for strategic initiatives.Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:Ability to organize and coordinate key meetings.Strong Project Management and agile frameworks knowledge.Business acumen with financial and analytical orientation.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in change management communication.High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications.Demonstrates initiative, drive, and strong organizational skills.Advanced project management skills and ability to influence without authority.Ability to balance multiple priorities and focus on high-value work.Travel Requirements:Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
