.This job is with Autodesk, an inclusive employer and a member of my Gwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.Please do not contact the recruiter directly.Job Requisition ID # 24 WD81950 Position Overview The Learning and Talent Management (L&TM) Enablement Manager drives execution and adoption of Learning, Leadership Development and Talent Management offerings through effective program management, change management, content management and internal communication.Leveraging both deep personal expertise and the resources provided by the Go-to-Market organization, you will identify best practices and innovative solutions to complex problems, ensuring impactful learning and talent outcomes.Reporting to the Senior Manager of L&TM Enablement, you will collaborate with and influence teams and leaders across the enterprise, including the L&TM Directors and program owners, the PPL LT, the Go to Market (GTM) team, People Experience Team, People Business Partners, People Consultants, Site Leaders, ESE, and internal enablement teams outside of PPL.You will lead cross-functional teams and workstreams of internal and external resources in a highly matrixed global environment.The ideal candidate must possess a high degree of ownership, proven experience in influencing and driving collaborative program teams to achieve key results, best in class communication skills, and strong business acumen.Principal Duties and Responsibilities Drive implementation and adoption of L&TM priorities through the planning, development, delivery, and assessment of assigned strategic initiatives and functional priorities Govern program meetings & cadence, often facilitating key sessions Ensure programs are delivered on time, achieve OKR's, within scope and budget Provide regular updates and status of milestones L&TM leadership, our People & Places portfolio management team, and key stakeholders Evaluate program health and recommends appropriate changes, influencing across, and up as needed Assess organizational readiness for change using established change management methodologies and create change management strategies and deliverables aligned to Autodesk standard practices, leveraging tools and resources provided by the Go-to-Market organization Collaborate with project teams to identify potential challenges and proactively address resistance to change Build and drive internal communication plans, leveraging tools and resources provided by the Go-to-Market organization Write and edit internal communication materials such as company-wide launch announcements, messages from leadership, articles, Share Point pages and presentation talking points Manage vendors to produce communication materials as necessary, ensuring work product meets established quality standards Deliver high impact program communications, including presentations and training sessions
