Responsibilities: Hiring/contracting process.
Full personnel service for employees Provide comprehensive support to employees regarding payroll, social security and tax inquiries.
Full support for employment.
Ensures proper information flows between departments within FairWind Group.
Monthly calculation of in-house payrolls (salaries, extra payments, arrears and variables).
Ensure accurate and timely payments to employees and authorities.
Monthly payroll accounting reporting to Finance Team.
Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly declarations with corrections.
Analyze, control, and report on the evolution of salary costs.
Terminations process Update on a regular basis labor payroll program (Dynamics 365 Business) Support by gathering required documents for Work Inspections.
Calculation and settlement of Wind1000 liabilities in terms of personnel costs for positions supporting the operation of turbine assembly and service projects in accordance with the Group's guidelines Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Payroll team.
Skills / Qualifications: Proven experience in payroll management or a similar role.
Knowledge in international payroll is a plus.
English level ? C1 or higher.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations and deadlines.
Proficiency in payroll software (preferably Dynamics 365 Business) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Team player with enthusiasm and proactivity.
