An important international fashion company is seeking anHR Payroll Specialistto join our dynamic team in Madrid.
The main goal of this role will be supporting the full cycle of payroll management for one of our brands.THE PROJECTWe're looking for aHR Payroll Specialistto join our Human Resources Department.
This role will be responsible for managing the complete payroll cycle, and acting as a liaison between the company and the payroll provider.WHAT WILL THIS ROLE ENTAIL?Management of labor procedures from the beginning of the contract to its completion (Contracts, Changes in working hours, Maternity/Paternity leave, Settlements, Absenteeism management)Management of the Payroll Provider (Registration, cancellation, extraction of contracts, preparation of severance payments, calculation of income tax, payroll, recording of absences and variables, generation of contribution files...).Payroll accounting commission calculation.Keep accurate and confidential payroll records.Stay updated on and adhere to local labor laws and regulations.WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?Great international working environment.Flexible working hours.Free shuttle service to the office.Other corporate benefits.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Advanced level of English.At least1-2 years experience in national or international payroll management.Intemediate level ofExcel .Attention to Detail.Organizational skills.Problem-Solving.Team Player#J-18808-Ljbffr
