What You Will Do Prepare payroll data and review calculation and final payroll forms to assure an accurate process. Research, analyze and solve payroll-related problems or questions. Review and assure the correct payroll accounting files, giving support for budgeting process. Prompt and accurate handling of HR administrative matters such as preparing employment contracts, labor agreements and more. Maintaining accurate employee records an updates, to ensure data quality information using Workday. Management of employee benefits related to payroll. Conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with HR processes and policies. Supporting employees, managers, and HR in administrative activities. Collaborating with external partners related to labor topics. Contributing to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization and participating in the implementation of global projects on country level.
