We are seeking an outstanding resource to manage and administer Payroll and HR processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness for our internal clients and the organization.
What You Will Do Prepare payroll data and review calculation and final payroll forms to assure an accurate process.Research, analyze and solve payroll-related problems or questions.Review and assure the correct payroll accounting files, giving support forbudgeting process.Prompt and accurate handling of HR administrative matters such as preparingemployment contracts, labor agreements and more.Maintaining accurate employee records an updates, to ensure data qualityManagement of employee benefits related to payroll.Conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with HR processes and policies.Supporting employees, managers, and HR in administrative activities.Collaborating with external partners related to labor topics.Contributing to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrixorganization and participating in the implementation of global projects on country level. Who you are Experience in the role is highly valued, especially in managing Payroll / HR services.Proactive: always a step ahead, ready to tackle challenges.Organization and pragmatism: managing activities effectively and practically.Results-oriented: focused on achieving objectives.Positive attitude: bringing positive and constructive energy to the team.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: able to communicate clearly and effectively.English language fluent: English is required to communicate in a global environmentAdditional information The resource will be based at our factory in Valls and will be part of the HR Admin Iberia team, reporting to the HR Services Manager Iberia & Italy.
