Job Title: HR Partner

Location: Corporate office locations - LHR35, LUX12, or BCN15

Key Responsibilities: Support employees and managers on HR matters related to performance management, employee relations, and other case management. Implement new policies that improve employee experience and the working environment. Lead on implementing and progressing HR process improvements. Collect and analyze data to help drive new HR policies and plans. A Day in the Life: As an HR Partner, you will work flexibly with colleagues across various areas of the business to contribute to making Amazon Earth's best employer.
You will assist in resolving complex queries and create a positive atmosphere for employees and managers.

Minimum Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field. Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment. Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English. Experience in analyzing data and creating reports for leadership. Experience working with and protecting confidential HR information. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Experience working with basic employment law and HR/payroll practices. Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders across various levels of seniority. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
