- We are seeking HR Operations Specialist with deep expertise in the labor laws of Spain (Barcelona), specifically within the IT sector. This role is essential for ensuring that our HR operations adhere to local regulations while supporting our growing team with their HR needs.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage all HR documentation, including onboarding, contracts, and terminations for employees and contractors.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Spain (Barcelona) and the IT sector.Provide guidance on local regulations to management.Offer consultations and guidance on internal policies to employees.Address individual and collective labor law issues, contributing to a legally compliant HR framework.Maintain and update the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.Track leave and prepare all necessary documentation.Support other HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and policy development.Assist the external payroll team with payroll processing, social security, income tax (IRPF), and onboarding/termination processes.Support the external immigration team with immigration matters (NIE, Beckham Law, and Visa).REQUIREMENTS:.1+ years of experience in IT companies and 2.5+ years of overall HR experience (labor relations, payroll, HR operations).In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor laws and practices (with a focus on Barcelona) and collective agreements in the IT sector.Proven experience in HR documentation, compliance, and administration, with a track record of successfully handling complex labor issues.Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with unions, works councils, and other labor entities.Familiarity with HRIS systems and their operation.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in English (B2 level) and native-level Spanish.WHAT WE OFFER:A chance to grow in the fintech industry.The best team to work with.Paid time off, sick leave, and public holidays according to Barcelona location.Healthcare benefits/medical insurance after the probation period.Educational budget and additional benefits after the probation period.#J-18808-Ljbffr
