.AZUL HANDLING, in co-operation with our partner airline RYANAIR, is currently looking for an HR OPS LEGAL LEAD AGENT on a full-time permanent basis to join our Head Office team in Seville, Spain.THE ROLEReporting to the Senior Management, as HR Operations Legal Lead Agent, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the HR Department, ensuring its efficient operation,and alignment with our business objectives.Duties responsibilities (included but not limited to):Collaborates with Senior Management to understand and apply the organisation's goals and strategy across the networkSupports Senior and Local Management teams with day-to-day HR issues arising in the operation to ensure homogeneous treatment throughout the network, in accordance with company criteriaOversee Payroll HR Administration ensuring compliance with the governing collective bargaining agreement, social security and tax regulations, all in accordance with established KPIs and the annual payroll calendarHandles disciplinary matters, conflicts and investigations in accordance with company policy, collaborating with other departments as requiredResponsible for negotiations with, and compliant periodic and ad hoc communications to, the Employees' Legal RepresentativesMonitors and ensures the organisation's compliance with labour laws, regulations and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance in coordination with Senior ManagementPlans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organisation's human resource compliance and strategy needsMaintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes,and new technologies in human resources and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to Senior ManagementConducts research and analysis of organisational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organisationFacilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for the HR teamProvides constructive and timely performance evaluationsCoordinates negotiations with the Employees' Legal Representatives of the 'Training Plans' and 'Equality Plans' in collaboration with other departments, as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
