Your Role as Our HR Onboarding Manager As the HR Onboarding Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and inclusive onboarding experience for each new team member, helping them feel connected to Axionova from day one. Here's how you'll make an impact: On boarding Program Development & Execution - Design and Implement On boarding Programs: Build and manage customized on boarding processes for different departments to ensure smooth transitions. - Coordinate Orientation Sessions: Plan and lead engaging orientation sessions, giving new hires a clear understanding of our culture, mission, and values. - Prepare and Update Employee Handbooks: Develop comprehensive onboarding guides, policies, and materials, keeping them up-to-date with company changes. Employee Engagement & Support - Primary Point of Contact: Act as a welcoming, knowledgeable resource for new employees, addressing all on boarding questions and needs. - Organize Team Introductions: Ensure new hires are introduced seamlessly to team members and key stakeholders. - Gather and Implement Feedback: Collect insights from new hires to continually improve the onboarding experience and recommend adjustments where needed. Documentation & Compliance Management - Documentation Coordination: Ensure proper collection, storage, and maintenance of new employee records, including ID verification, compliance with legal requirements, and benefits enrollment. - Data Entry and System Updates: Manage accurate and timely updates of new hire information in HR and payroll systems
