We are seeking to recruit a new colleague in our HR team supporting the further growth of our HR team in the Orion Animal Health business Division. In this role, as an HR Officer with focus on recruitment, you will be responsible for delivering the end-to-end recruitment cycle and leading employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Alongside your talent acquisition focus, you'll also work on broader HR topics, including payroll and time management in Belgium, maintaining HR master data, and supporting key HR projects (locally and globally). Your expertise in recruitment, combined with your broader HR knowledge, will support the organization's growth and development while fostering a positive employee experience.This newly created role will report to the HR Director for Orion Animal Health.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the company, ensuring timely and effective hiring.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and job specifications, advising on best recruitment practices and targeted sourcing strategies to identify top talent through multiple channels.Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact and offer acceptance, through onboarding.Maintain and update the recruitment database, track key performance metrics, and provide regular reports on recruitment activity.Contribute to the administration of payroll and time management, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with company policies.Collaborate on key HR projects, both global and local, supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.Support the implementation of HR processes and policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and local regulations.The HR Officer role will be based in our office in Arendonk, Belgium.Description of UnitAs a recently formed business unit, Orion Animal Health is ambitious and in a real growth spurt. Familiarity with using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).Language skills: Fluent in English (verbal and written).
