Currently, we are searching for an HR Manager who lives in Santa Cruz de Tenerife or is willing to relocate.
Misión:We are looking for an HR Manager in Tenerife who will lead the recruitment processes, facilitate the integration of new talents, and manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding. Additionally, they must ensure that HR policies and practices align with the company's values. Their goal is to contribute to the organization's success by creating a committed and highly competent team, adapting to the challenges and opportunities presented by rapid growth.
El Rol:Design and execute specific recruitment strategies for the Tenerife office, tailored to local needs.Collaborate with managers to define job profiles and specific requirements.Conduct interviews and candidate evaluations, ensuring a fair and efficient selection process.Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job platforms.Develop and implement an effective onboarding program for new employees in the office.Coordinate initial and ongoing training to ensure employee integration and development.Foster a positive work environment that reflects ORBDI values.Organize events and activities that strengthen team cohesion and organizational culture.Act as a point of contact between employees and management, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace conflicts.Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.Manage the entire employee lifecycle.Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Report key metrics to management for informed personnel decisions at the central headquarters in Barcelona.Collaborate in designing and implementing attractive compensation and benefits packages to retain talent.Develop effective internal communication channels to keep employees informed about policies, changes, and news.Qué buscamos:Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources, focusing on recruitment and employee lifecycle management.University degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with experience in personnel management technology tools.Knowledge of local labor legislation and skills in leadership and effective communication.Results-oriented and ability to manage change in a fast-growing environment.Qué Ofrecemos:Indefinite contract directly from our partner.Competitive salary.Bonus based on your team's objectives.Offices in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
