The aim of this role is to guarantee the attraction and engagement of the best talent, ensuring legislative labour compliance, facilitating and advising managers and employees throughout all the HR cycle, from the Start of the Candidate experience till the start of the Alpiq-Alumni experience.Your contribution to our team success:Design, develop and implement the HR strategy in Alpiq Spain together with the Country Manager, aligned with the HR Alpiq Group strategy and ensuring that Employee Experience is the same across the whole Alpiq.Manage, supervise and/or execute all HR processes of the country: recruitment, training, development, compensation and benefits, labour relations, personnel administration, internal communication in close alignment with HR Centers of Excellence processes and principles.Advise and support managers and employees in HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, as well as guide managers in leadership issues or difficult or conflictive situations.Identify internal customer needs, supporting, accompanying, aligning and prioritising change processes.Lead negotiations with employee representatives and trade unions.Manage and inspire the local HR team.Actively participate in global HR projects and in the local development and implementation of Global HR processes.Support and accompany Alpiq change processes.Other HR tasks and needs of the Country and Group.Your superpowers:University degree with further training in Human Resources.8+ years previous experience in an international company and/or a matrix organization with generalist HR tasks.Good expertise in Spanish labour law.
