JOB SUMMARY
Acting as a Business Partner for the Sales functions based in Italy, Spain, Portugal, France (Wholesale and Retail Channels), working in conjunction with the Director, HRBP Sales EMEA to support the organization through organization design, talent development, employee relations to support a high performing organization that ensures the achievement of our business goals.

1 HR Specialist Italy DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate business strategy into people strategy: Partner and support with the senior Sales teams to develop affective and progressive people strategies.
Establish HR strategies to respond to changing business needs including short- and long-term HR goals, objectives and policies.
Business confidante to the direct stakeholders, act as advisor on HR and business issues and impacts.
Organization assessment and design: Support the Director, HRBP Sales EMEA with organizational design and effectiveness strategy to meet long range planning and business growth, in alignment with strategic objectives
Reactive organization changes execution.
Workforce planning/Recruitment: Provide guide and advise on long-term headcount planning in in Italy, Spain, Portugal, France and UK
Manage recruitment processes including the conduct of interviews, for key and managerial roles
People development/Training; Partner with Director, HRBP Sales EMEA and Talent Development team to identify and develop the next generation of leaders, as well as succession planning within the local Sales departments.
Communicate learning needs requirements.
Support local people leaders on the Performance Management process; provide training on the process/tools and ensure proper tracking of the different phases of the process
Organization effectiveness: Provide guidance and support on employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
Anticipate and respond to organizational changes and deploy affective change management protocol.
Support the Sales team with employee engagement results and action plans
Identify and measure employee satisfaction; detect areas that require improvement and propose actions.
Total Reward Strategy: Support people leaders with the annual Merit Cycle and provide clarity and guidance on suggested actions.
Payroll
Ensure local HR team respect high standard in the preparation and follow-up of the monthly payroll (external).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 8 years of professional experience in HR in a fast-paced environment with multiple locations. Experience in leadership roles within Retail companies is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish, Italian and English are required (French is a plus)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, psychology, education, etc. with HR focus or comparable degree
Very good handling of the common Microsoft Office programs
