.HR Manager Seasonal Property (Ibiza) and European Locations POSITION PURPOSE: The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the HR function for our seasonal property in Ibiza, ensuring compliance with Spanish employment law and providing support to our teams across Europe. This role requires a strong balance of hard and soft HR skills, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and flexible individual with deep knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and a willingness to travel to support our other European locations ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:Manage all HR operations for the Ibiza property, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, particularly Spanish labor legislation.Oversee the recruitment process for seasonal staff, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent for the property and support other European locations in their hiring needs.Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolving conflicts in a fair and professional manner.Implement performance management systems and ensure regular feedback and evaluations are conducted.Oversee and coordinate the payroll processes for both seasonal and permanent employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments in compliance with Spanish legal requirements and internal procedures.Develop and manage processes for internal employee movements, particularly in the context of task force support and seasonal operations.Ensure seamless transitions of staff between Ibiza and other European locations to meet operational needs.Ensure all HR practices comply with Spanish laws, including contracts, payroll, and employee rights.Coordinate and deliver training programs to ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles, particularly in high-season operations.Travel to other European offices as needed to provide HR support and ensure consistency in HR practices across locations.Foster a positive and collaborative working environment that aligns with company values and enhances employee engagement.KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally within hospitality, property management, or seasonal operations.Strong expertise in both hard HR (employment law, compliance, payroll, internal mobility management) and soft HR (employee engagement, conflict resolution, leadership development).Excellent knowledge of Spanish labor law and regulationsProven experience in managing payroll systems and ensuring compliance with national regulations.Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Willingness to travel to other European locations as requiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts professionally
