Your impact As part of a small team, you will be responsible for HR personnel administration (the entire employee lifecycle) for the company Packfeeder You advertise the positions and support the managers in the holistic recruitment process You ensure the administration and are responsible for all HR tasks You will support the introduction of digital HR tools (expenses, time recording, etc.) We also look forward to active participation in various HR projects and events throughout the company Your profile Training/further training in HR or business administration (university degree) is a plusPractical expertise in HR (e.g. HR specialist with a federal certificate is an advantage)High IT affinity, good knowledge of MS Office applications and digital HR toolsTeam spirit and yet a high level of initiative and an independent, quality-orientated way of workingFlawless knowledge of Spanish as well as good oral and written knowledge of EnglishYour advantages 100% face-to-facePermanent contract (internship agreement according to convenience) on a full-time basisContinuous training and personalised career plan depending on the profilePossibility of international travelAttractive remuneration with basic salary + variablesMobile phone, PC and other necessary tools are provided
