Your new position and responsibilities: Management of the HR department of the Cuenca production plantSupport and advice to the plant management on personnel management issuesCollaboration, coordination and use of synergies with the HR Department in PamplonaLeadership, Influence and SEBN Culture (Sumitomo Spirit, SWS Way, values...)Execution of the strategic plan and HR budgetCreation and updating of the salary structure of the plantParticipation in job descriptions and creation of organisation chartsAdministration: payroll, IT sick leave, work schedules, holiday management, travel management, etc.Reporting (statistics and others)Global mobility (expatriation - impatriation)Ensuring legal compliance with labour regulations (collective bargaining agreements)Processes of selection, retention and attraction of talent and succession planningManagement of employee training and professional development.
