Our ideal candidate is someone with extensive HR experience who will contribute at both a strategic and hands-on level to develop and deliver talent strategies that support business objectives. In this role, you will support all People initiatives and activities for our Valencia, Spain team. You will develop and maintain effective business partnerships and serve as a consultant in all people-related areas. This role will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager in the U.S. and directly partner with onsite leadership for local needs. You have the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, demonstrating a passion for providing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems.What you'll do:- Partner with HR leadership to develop, plan, and/or manage employee-relations activities and programs including but not limited to employee/manager counseling, performance, development and career planning, new employee onboarding, transfers, offboarding, policy interpretation and compliance procedures.- Manage and coordinate studio performance review program; work with managers to develop, deliver, and monitor ongoing performance feedback and growth plans for employees.- Collaborate with 2K and T2 HR on the review and development of new and/or existing HR policies, procedures and practices; make recommendations for improvements and changes.- Participate in all company-wide HR programs and systems initiatives as the representative of 31st Union Valencia; gather & escalate feedback and requirements, and support the 31st Union Valencia needs and perspectives.- Leverage proficiency in communication, influencing, coaching, consulting and change management to drive excellence in People service delivery.- Partner with studio management to communicate employee concerns/requests, anticipate issues, and recommend resolutions
